Engineering-first thinking applied to residential and commercial glazing
Most window manufacturers optimize for installation speed. We started from the opposite direction: what if every design decision prioritized long-term performance under Australian UV and temperature extremes?
This question led to a complete rethinking of frame junction design, glass coating selection, and sealant chemistry. Our production timeline is 40% longer than industry standard. The windows last three times as long.
Australian Standards specify minimum performance thresholds. We test at 2.5x those loads because real-world conditions exceed laboratory baselines. Storm events, hail impact, sustained UV exposure over decades rather than months.
We maintain direct control over every production stage. Glass cutting, frame extrusion, coating application, and final assembly happen under one facility. This eliminates the quality variance that comes from distributed supply chains.
Our installation teams undergo 11 months of training before handling client projects. They understand the physics behind every specification. This prevents the shortcuts that cause 80% of window failures.
A team of materials engineers, building physicists, and master craftspeople. Most of us came from commercial facade construction where tolerances are measured in tenths of millimeters. We brought that precision mindset to the residential market.
Founded in 2018, we've completed 340 residential installations and 87 commercial projects across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Every client receives the same engineering rigor regardless of project scale.
